My Background
37 years working as a trades person or with trades people.
25 years managing teams.
9 years since my AH-HA moment when I was introduced to EOS®.
My Story
My first boss asked me to lead the department the day after I finished my apprenticeship, I was 24 years old. Leading a group of seasoned journeymen was my first taste of leadership and I knew it was what I was born to do.
A couple of decades later, along with dozens of leadership classes and real life experiences, I was introduced to EOS®. It was then that I realized EOS® had packaged everything I had learned in the previous 30 years and put it into an extremely usable format.
I love growing future leaders and enabling others to exceed their potential. I build leaders who build leaders.
I have been blessed with the God-given ability to not only see the vision, but to put it into terms and a plan that others will follow.
